ESTATE PLANNING DURING A PANDEMIC

This topic may just make your head spin. Obviously, estate planning is important in the best of times. However, in uncertain and stressful times, it becomes essential as you probably want to avoid additional stress, unforseen costs, and time commitments. It is now perhaps more important than ever to make sure that you have certain legal documents - just in case something happens to you. If you are not ready for a complete estate plan, but you want peace of mind that something is in place, let's discuss a healthcare power of attorney, financial power of attorney, and a simple Will.

Be proactive. Think about your estate plan while you have some time to think things through, ask questions, discuss your options. Don't wait until you have to act.

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, virtual meetings are available and can be scheduled by emailing kelly@ktbraunlaw.com or calling 248-581-4425. This allows you to discuss estate planning and get answers to your questions from the comfort of your home.
